Meeta Mohanty is passionate about transforming education. She holds B.El.Ed degree from Jesus and Mary College, and M.Ed from C.I.E. , Delhi University. She has been a DU  rank holder for two consecutive years and college topper. She has 15 years experience of K-12 education as a teacher, teacher trainer and a curriculum developer. She has been an educator with The Heritage School, Gurgaon and Montfort School, Ashok Vihar. She has good ten years experience in the publishing industry having worked with Ratna Sagar, Oxford University Press and Pearson Education as a teacher trainer. She has conducted more than 2500 teacher trainings PAN India and in the Middle East countries. She has a good understanding about child psychology, their learning needs, curriculum and trains teachers on "Pedagogy of Language".

Jitender Kumaria spearheads our organization. He has vast experience in education sales. He is go-getter, a visionary who dreams to transform the teaching learning process. He has 25 years of sales experience in K-12 education. He has held progressive positions with Goyal Brothers Prakashan, Pearson Education and Indiannica Learning. He was instrumental in developing teams, strategic planning with a robust go-to-market strategy penetrating different market segments. Jitender in his last assignment was Vice-President and core member of edtech start-up Eupheus Learning.
